English Skills Training and Resources Services (E-STARS) offers customized programs to help immigrants overcome barriers to licensing and employment in the regulated professions in Manitoba. We help internationally educated professionals prepare to meet the qualification standards for English language proficiency provided by designated language testing agencies such as the Canadian English Language Benchmark Assessment for Nurses (CELBAN) and International English Language Testing System (IELTS).
E-STARS is dedicated to providing newcomers, international students and temporary workers with Professional English Language Skills training and classes to empower them to perform better at work, retain employment, get a job in their intended occupation and advance their career.
